A Message from the Executive Director: VOTE JUNE 5TH, Show That Working Men and Women Can Make a Difference!

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

On June 5th we have the opportunity to vote on several important races that will impact the lives of working families in Napa and Solano counties. Not only do we have TWO Board of Supervisors seats that will be decided, we also have to ensure that our labor-friendly candidates will still be in the running after California’s first Top-Two Primary.

The anti-worker candidates are hoping that you will stay home this June! And if you do? Well, they have the same Wisconsin-type attacks on your rights planned if they win.

But if all of us show up to vote on June 5th, we can send a strong message to the 1%. And at the same time help to make the much needed changes to our County Board of Supervisors and the State House.

Your Central Labor Council’s affiliates came together and held extensive interviews and deliberations to make sure that the endorsed candidates will be the voices for ALL working people. See our list of endorsements here.

You work hard raising your families and we worked hard to find the candidates that will look out for them. MAKE A DIFFERENCE, SHOW UP AND BE A VOTER.
